A bit loose for my 5 month old, would be great if I could tighten the front section and support his back better.
only other negative is that the front pocket is quite small, it just fits a diaper and a body suit, no room for wipes.
Other than that it's a great carrier, easy to use.
Probably best for children over 6 months.
