📦 Free Returns
We provide free returns on any unopened items within 30 days of delivery. This means that if you have a change of mind, and have not opened your item/s, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for clothing, mattresses, breast pumps, feeding and other products that come into contact with your body, unless they are faulty or unopened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your item has arrived to you faulty, please contact us for a free return (replacement or refund) within 30 days of delivery. For faults or broken items outside of the 30 days from delivery, please see Product Warranty Claims.
When returning items the customer is responsible for ensuring correct packaging while in transit to ensure no damage to returned item/s. Items damaged in transit will not be acceptable as returns.
First, let us know you want to return the item. Contact us via live chat (speech bubble icon in bottom right of page) or via email. We’ll then send you some instructions for the return.
Our AU returns are facilitated by Australia Post. All AU returns are made from your local post office. All returns are reply-paid!
❗Product Warranty Claims
If you have purchased a product from us, and it has developed a fault after 30 days from delivery, not to worry! Please contact us (via live chat or email) and we will contact the supplier/manufacturer to issue a claim for you. In most cases the faulty products must be returned to us (this will be a free return if required).
Please note that the warranty conditions are laid out by the supplier/manufacturer, and if available for your product, will be contained within the original packaging of your item/s.
The supplier/manufacturer will organise repairs, a replacement, or a refund as laid out in their specific warranty conditions. In some cases the supplier/manufacturer will contact or send replacement products/parts directly to our customers.
