i love the product
just one thing i don't like is when you've clicked the setting you want as soon as you move the bouncer it unclicks from that position and i find that annoying

Nice and upright for baby with reflux. But not straightforward to get bubs legs in and bub doesn't seem to find the bouncer as comfortable as some other seats he's had. But he has reflux so needs the upright structure of this one.
